Cambridge is a brilliant place for a day trip - punting on the river, a Chelsea bun from Fitzbillies and a meander round some of the colleges. Beautiful! There's also a great vegetarian restaurant near King's College, which I'm sure does vegan food as well.
This is my absolute neatest attempt. I always feel guilty for marking children's work with 'handwriting!' in the margin, when mine is generally shocking!
Are you going to the blogger meet up the first weekend in July in York? It's not actually that far away now is it. I also really need to visit that exhibition at the British Library, didn't have time when I last went to London. It's on til August so hoping to still fit it in!

ReplyDeleteI generally go on school visits, so it will be nice to have a chance to properly wander around. And excellent tip about the veggie place, thanks!
DeleteI do like the handwritten post-style. I always like knowing how people write, it's like an accent injected into an entry. Yay for the double-storey a!
